Do you ship worldwide?

We do. International orders incur some additional charges for delivery and customs processing. For orders within the EU, customs and VAT charges will be added to your order on delivery.

We will endeavour to get your order to you safely and as soon as possible. You will also be supplied with tracking information so you can stay updated on your order

Do you offer personalisations or bespoke items?

We are interested in working with like-minded businesses on bespoke collaborations. We are currently unable to offer customisation to individual products. 

Do you work with wholesale suppliers?

Yes - We are always interested to hear from wholesalers who align with our values. If you're interested in stocking our products, please get in touch. Please keep in mind that our products are not available for resale (either individually or combined with other products) and you must be an approved Matere seller to stock our products. 

Are your products recylced / recyclable?

Many of our products are created using recycled / post-consumer waste materials. All of our products and packaging are fully recyclable (with the exception of the recycled leather offcut material) and we focus on using FSC certified materials as much as possible.
